Although skin aging process is inevitable and can’t be stopped, it can be delayed. By following this 3 steps program you’ll be able to reduce wrinkles and to restore skin elasticity.
Step 1: Cleaning
Ingredients: a tablespoon of coarse salt, a teaspoon of olive oil.
Mix the oil with the salt until it turns into a paste, apply it on your face and massage for several minutes. Rinse with warm water. Salt has cleaning effect and the oil has moisturizing properties.
Step 2: Toning
Ingredients: half a cup of concentrated mint tea, 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of witch hazel water, 4-5 drops of almond oil.
Mix ingredients well, then, using a cotton swab, apply the lotion on your face and leave it to dry. Rinse the mixture after.
Step 3: Hydration
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of moisturizer, 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2-3 drops of ginger essential oil (from herbal stores).
Mix the ingredients until you create a paste. Apply it on the face, avoiding eyes area and let it act for 20-25 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Egg white has astringent effect, honey and ginger oil stimulate collagen production, which is essential for a firm skin.
