Super Effective Ointment to Get Rid of Neck Pain Fast

Making approximately 600 moves per hour, the neck is a sensitive mechanism, built around the seven cervical vertebrae, connected through 37 joints, covered by muscles and crossed by blood vessels and nerves. Therefore, the neck area is made up of cervical discs, muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, nerves, and blood vessels. Any abnormality in one of them can cause neck pain. Most of the people will feel such pain in their lifetime and this is not a reason to be concerned if the reason is not indicating a serious health problem. Neck pain can come because of minor issues, like incorrect sleeping position, but it can also be caused by serious affections like arthritis. Any of the structures in the neck area can be irritated and inflamed as a response to different situations. Depending on the cause, the neck pain can last a short time or can be chronic, lasting more than three months. Chronic pain is more frequent in women. The pain can be numb or sharp, coming as a shock. Although most of the cases of neck pain will be solved in days or weeks, this kind of pain can last longer and can cause lesions in the nerves.

How to relieve neck pain using a homemade cream

If you want to get rid of neck pain fast, try to prepare this homemade cream with amazing results. One of the ingredients used is cayenne pepper, which, thanks to the capsaicin, has excellent analgesic properties. This is what you will need:

• 150 ml coconut oil
• 50 g shredded beeswax
• 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon curcuma powder
• 1 teaspoon ginger powder
• 10 drops essential mint oil

Put the coconut oil and beeswax in a heat resistant bowl on bain-marie. Bring the water to a boil and stir until the beeswax will completely melt in the coconut oil. Add the cayenne pepper, curcuma and ginger and mix until you have a homogenous product. Remove the bowl from the bain-marie and add the mint oil. Pour the cream in a glass jar and cover it with a lid once it reached room temperature. Apply the cream on your neck once you are in pain. My advice is to keep the cream in the fridge. This way you can use it up to four weeks.

Keep in mind that neck pain associated with other symptoms like numb arms, difficulty in breathing, or neck stiffness can be a sign of a serious condition and should be immediately evaluated by a doctor. You should also consult a physician if the pain is the result of a trauma, an accident, or if it is too strong and persistent.
