Rich in lipids, natural yogurt is a treasure for our skin. Use it as a mask especially if you have dry skin.

Mix yogurt with half a tablespoon of honey. Apply it on your face and leave it there until the mask begins to crack. Exfoliate using your fingertips and rinse with warm water, then apply a moisturizer.

Egg whites

Beat egg whites with a fork and apply the resulting cream on the skin with a brush. Leave the mask dry and rinse with water.

Sour cream

The sour cream is great for moisturizing dry body areas.

Mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream with 1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Wash your hands with soap and then apply the mask. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse.


Rich in vitamins, being an astringent and a purifying agent, cucumber is ideal for skin moisturizing and for sebaceous secretion regulation.

Boil half a liter of water. Grate 1 cucumber and put it in hot water. Let it boil 5 minutes, then filter the water and use it as a tonic lotion by applying it on the face using a cotton disk. The lotion can be preserved 48 hours in the refrigerator.


Thanks to its richness in vitamin C and beta carotene, carrots light up skin color and help fight aging.

Wash and peel 3 carrots then squeeze the juice. Add 3 tablespoons of sweet almond oil in this juice and mix well. Use it as massage oil, especially after sun exposure. You’ll get a great, uniform and long lasting tan.
