A stiff neck can be very painful, making even the simplest task to look like climbing the Everest Mountain.

You need
– A few drops of peppermint oil
– A few drops of lavender oil
– A Few drops of basil oil
– A few drops of cypress oil
– 1 teaspoon olive oil

How to proceed
1. Make a blend of the essential oils.
2. Mix a few drops of this blend with warm olive oil.
3. Massage this oil on the neck for a few minutes.
4. You can also use these oils individually or make any combination of the oils. Do not forget to dilute it in the carrier oil.

How to use
Apply this twice a day.

4. ACV remedy for stiff neck

Apple cider vinegar is the best natural cure for a stiff and sore neck. It contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents great in relieving stressed muscles and reducing pain considerably.

You need
– Apple cider vinegar
– A paper napkin or tissue

How to proceed
1. Soak the napkin in the vinegar and place this on your neck.
2. Leave it on for an hour or so.

5. Massage to get rid of stiff neck

Massage can heal any pain in the body. But you must keep in mind that a gentle massage should be done, not a rough rub!

Olive, mustard, or coconut oil

How to proceed
1. Take a hot shower and pat your skin dry.
2. Lightly warm up a tablespoon of the oil and massage your neck with it.

6. Cold compresses
